As I said last time, Michael Pyrenees tends to be a little blunt. He's also not a long-term planner. While wanting agents who are willing to jump immediately into action may be useful during RCSI's early days, this does have consequences later on. It's one of the main reasons RCSI field agents have a reputation in the agency as being reckless and foolhardy. It's also why the Sword and Circlet medal is referred to by most of RCSI as "The Stupidity Award".
